Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy sets out the rules for using Budgetify AI. It forms part of our Terms of Service and is here to keep the Service safe, lawful and reliable for everyone.

You agree to use the Service:

• only for lawful purposes and in line with our Terms;
• only for your own accounts, or accounts you are authorised to manage;
• in a way that respects the rights, privacy and safety of others.

You must not:

• break the law, or use the Service to facilitate fraud, money laundering or any illegal activity;
• connect or attempt to access accounts you do not own or are not authorised to use;
• impersonate any person or misrepresent your identity or affiliation;
• attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Service, other accounts, or our systems;
• probe, scan or test the security of the Service except as permitted under responsible disclosure below;
• introduce malware, or interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure;
• copy, scrape, reverse engineer or resell the Service except where the law expressly allows it;
• use the Service to harass, abuse or harm others, or to send spam.

If you discover a security vulnerability, we want to hear from you. Please report it privately to hello@budgetifyai.com and give us a reasonable opportunity to fix it before disclosing it publicly. Do not access or modify data that is not yours while testing.

If you breach this policy, we may warn you, limit or suspend your access, remove content, or close your account. Where money is held with a partner, you will be able to withdraw it in line with the applicable terms. We may also report unlawful activity to the authorities.
